I wear many hats: wife to Carlos Barros, mother to two adorable children, Mateus and Julia, and business owner as a photographer. Born and raised in a small town in Brazil, I embarked on an incredible journey in 2014, leaving behind my career as a pharmacist. I lived in Chicago for 1.5 years before making my way to Arizona, where I began my photography journey. Now, I’m located in the charming Palm Harbor, Florida.

My Photography Journey

My journey into the world of photography traces back to my earliest memories. As a little kid, I found myself captivated by the magic of the camera, always eager to pose for each click. It was a simple fascination, but one that would eventually shape my future in profound ways.

At the age of 15, I bought my very first camera, that opened up a whole new world of possibilities. I began capturing everything that caught my eye, but it was the moments spent with my grandmother that held a special place in my heart. I realized that through photography, I could freeze time and immortalize the beauty of fleeting moments.

However, during my first pregnancy, my husband surprised me with a professional camera as a Christmas gift, a gesture that would change my life forever. It was as if he saw a spark in me waiting to be fanned into flames.

Once that camera found its way into my hands, I couldn’t resist the urge to dive deeper into the art of photography. I embarked on a journey of learning, seeking inspiration and guidance from some of the best photography teachers, Amy & Jordan. Their mentorship enriched my knowledge and skills, and I discovered a world of creativity and emotion that I never knew existed.

Today, I find myself here, not only creating cherished memories for my own family but extending my passion to you and yours as well. Photography has become my way of sharing the beauty and emotions that surround us, freezing moments in time so that they may be treasured for generations to come.
