A Life Built with Intention | Le Marché in Palm Harbor – February Spotlight Story

There are some families whose presence immediately feels grounding — steady, intentional, warm. The Stay family is exactly that.

This February, I had the honor of photographing their cover and spotlight feature, and it was one of those sessions that reminds me why I love what I do. As the official photographer for the local Best Version Media publications serving Tarpon Springs, Lake Tarpon Living, and Oldsmar Neighbors, I have the privilege of documenting families who shape our community in meaningful ways. The Stays are one of them.

A Tampa Bay Business Owner Rooted in Community

Many of you may already know Lindsay through one of her beautifully curated spaces — especially Le Marché in Palm Harbor.

I have personally spent so much time there. It’s one of those stores you walk into “just to browse” and leave with the perfect seasonal gift for someone you love… and probably something for yourself too. From kitchen accessories and candles to thoughtfully selected books, jewelry, and baby clothes, Le Marché in Palm Harbor feels less like a store and more like an experience. It’s welcoming, intentional, and filled with heart — much like Lindsay herself.

Alongside Le Marché, Lindsay also owns Salt & Linen and Crema Coffee — each space reflecting her eye for detail and her desire to create places where people feel seen and cared for. Behind the scenes, Tony plays a huge role in bringing those spaces to life, often building and designing them himself alongside his father.

Together, they represent what it truly means to be a Tampa Bay business owner — deeply invested in both excellence and community.

A Story Written with Intention

In this month’s magazine feature, beautifully written by Valerie Gentry, we are invited into the deeper layers of the Stay family’s story — one rooted in faith, teamwork, resilience, and love.

Tony and Lindsay first met through a church-based support community, and from the beginning, their relationship was grounded in growth and shared purpose. Faith guides their home. As Lindsay shares in the article, “Putting God first guides everything. It shapes how we love, how we parent, and the kind of home we want to build.”

Their individual stories shaped them profoundly. Lindsay, raised by a strong single mother in Alabama, learned strength wrapped in tenderness. Tony, raised in rural Minnesota, learned the value of hard work early — framing houses with his father as a young teenager. That steady, dependable spirit still defines him today.

Together, they have built a life that feels both intentional and peaceful — even in the fullness of business ownership, parenting, and community involvement.

Their Children: The Heart of It All

Soren, 14, carries the wisdom of an old soul. Creative, musically talented, responsible, and deeply kind, he shares a love for baseball with his dad. Rive, 9, is pure light — affectionate, joyful, competitive yet gracious, and endlessly loving.

What struck me most during our session was how naturally connected they all are. There was no forced energy. No chaos. Just presence.

Lindsay, even as a busy entrepreneur and mom of two, was calm and relaxed the entire time during our family session in Palm Harbor. Her energy was steady — intentional, just like her life.

Tony — and we all know dads don’t always jump at the idea of photos — absolutely rocked it. He was engaged, cooperative, and fully present. It makes such a difference when fathers lean in, and he truly did.

And the kids? Lovely. They followed directions, shared their own creative pose ideas, and smiled the entire time. It felt effortless.

Land, Simplicity, and a New Chapter

One of the most meaningful parts of their story is their relationship with land and space. For years, their life included chickens, pigs, and daily rhythms of caring for animals — lessons in responsibility, empathy, and presence for their children.

As life and business expanded, they realized it was time to simplify — not to shrink their life, but to honor what mattered most: connection and peace.

Their move to Tarpon Springs reflects that shift. Surrounded by preserved nature and wildlife, across from Salt Lake, their new home feels grounding and open. Even downsizing became an intentional choice — one aligned with the season they are in.

That intentionality shows in everything they do — from parenting to entrepreneurship.

Photographing Their Story

This family session was more than just creating images. It was documenting a legacy in motion.

As a photographer serving Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, and the greater Tampa Bay area, my goal is always to capture more than smiles. I want to preserve connection. The way a father’s hand rests naturally on his son’s shoulder. The way a mother looks at her daughter with quiet pride. The subtle laughter between siblings.

With the Stay family, those moments were abundant.

Serving families who are building businesses, raising children intentionally, and pouring back into our community is incredibly meaningful to me. Being part of telling their story — visually — is something I do not take lightly.
